Host a Watch Party

Organize an in-person gathering for a women's sports broadcast at the bar, brewery, or event space of your choice. We'll publish it so other fans can RSVP.

How it works

    Pick the broadcast. Choose a women's sports game from our event list — anything from NCAA softball to the WNBA.
  2. 2
    Coordinate with your venue. Talk to the bar, restaurant, or event space directly. Confirm they'll show the game with sound on, and work out any deposit, food/drink minimum, or reservation details. We do not contact venues for you.

    Submit your party. Tell us about the venue, the host, and what to expect. Add a flyer if you have one.
  4. 4
    We review + publish. Lucy approves submissions within 24 hours. Once live, your party appears on /near, the watch parties index, and on the broadcast event page so anyone searching for that game finds you.

    RSVPs roll in. Attendees sign up with their email. We'll send them a calendar invite and a 24-hour reminder. You can see the attendee list from your manage page.

Before you submit: secure the venue first

Watch Women's Sports (IRL) does not contact venues, book reservations, or arrange logistics on your behalf. Bars and event spaces have their own scheduling processes — you need to coordinate directly with them before submitting your party. The submission form will require you to confirm that you've done this.
